Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted an archeological survey of the proposed Brannen Street Extension within the city limits of Statesboro in Bulloch County, Georgia.

During most of the nineteenth century Broadfield Plantation operated as a rice plantation on the Altamaha River, a few miles south of Darien, Georgia. The plantation remained in the same family (the Brailsford, Troups, and Dents) from 1806 until the death of Ms.

At the request of the Laurens County Board of Commissioners, a reconnaisance level field survey was conducted for archaeological and historic resources on a 250 by 200 feet tract of land just south of the Laurens and Wilkinson County line west of County Road 393/Harry Green Road in Laurens County

This report presents the results of an intensive archaeological survey of a proposed Rocky Creek Channel overflow in Richmond County, Georgia.

An intensive archeological survey was conducted by the author on March 13, 1998 of three areas slated for construction within the Cartersville Water Pollution Control Plant on Pettit Creek. No archeological sites were found at the three proposed construction sites.

Southern Research of Ellerslie, Georgia conducted an archeological survey and evaluation of the site of the Old Governor's Mansion (recorded at the Georgia Archaeological Site Files as 9BL134).

The grounds of Rhodes Memorial Hall were investigated for significant archaeological materials by using a combination of shovel test and test unit excavation. No significant cultural deposits or materials worthy of further attention were encountered in the current assessment.

This report describes an archaeological survey and evaluation of SR 140, Proposed Reinhardt College Parkway, project area in Cherokee County, Georgia. This survey was carried out in November, 1996 and August, 1997 by Southern Research archaeologists and field personnel.

Archeological testing was conducted at the New Echota State Historic Site (96061) in two areas adjacent to the Museum that are proposed for the construction of a new restroom and drain field.

Southern Research tested 9Sw137 located at Florence Marina State Park on Lake Walter F. George. The Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Division of the Department of Natural Resources operates the Marina and proposes to construct five new cabins.
