The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has proposed a project to widen US 80/SR 26 from just west of Bull River to just east of Lazaretto Creek in Chatham County, Georgia.

Under a continuing services contract with the U.S. Army Infantry Center, Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Division, Fort Benning Military Reservation, Panamerican Consultants, Inc.

In September and October of 2004, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) performed an intensive cultural resource assessment survey of the 320-acre Oak Grove parcel and associated access road in Chatham County, Georgia, on behalf of Acadia Capital Group.

An intensive archaeological resources survey was carried out for the proposed Stamp Creek Substation in Bartow County, Georgia. The project was carried out in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act by personnel qualified under 36 CFR Part 61.

Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an intensive Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Baker's Place 115 kV Transmission Tap Line and Substation in January 2005 in Columbia County, Georgia.

Under a continuing services contract with the U.S. Army Infantry Center, Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Division, Fort Benning Military Reservation, Panamerican Consultants, Inc. (PCI) conducted an intensive archaeological survey of 839 ac.

An intensive archaeological resources survey was carried out for the proposed Glade Road Substation Tract and Transmission Line Corridor in Bartow County, Georgia.

On March 21, 2005, staff from Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) revisited the location of a proposed bridge replacement project in Lamar County, Georgia. (Figure 1). The bridge is located on State Route 36 (SR 36) and crosses Buck Creek.

On December 13 and 14, 2004, and January 28, 2005, staff from Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) revisited the location of a proposed intersection improvement/realignment project roughly three miles north of the City of Elberton in Elbert County, Georgia. (Figure 1).
