Report Abstracts

This report presents the results of an architectural historical documentation and archaeological data recovery of Site 9FU411, the Spier House, conducted by New South Associates, Inc. Fieldwork for this project took place in May, September, and October of 2004.

This is a GDOT report short form for negative findings for an Addendum to Phase I Archaeological Survey of Two Intersection Improvement Locations in North Fulton County, Georgia.

Fort Yargo State Park, located south of Winder in Barrow County, Georgia, has extensive trail networks designed to accommodate hikers and cyclists. Some segments of the trail network were intended to serve both user groups, but recent conflicts have demonstrated a need to keep them separated.

This is an Addendum to Archaeological Resources Survey for the Proposed SR 70 Deep Cree Bridge Replacement, Fulton County, Georgia. Bridge replacement at S.R. 70 over Deep Creek approximately 7.5 miles north of Fairburn in southwest Fulton County.

On March 28, 2006, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) performed an intensive cultural resource assessment survey of an approximately 300 meter segment along Millikin Bay in Wayne County, Georgia, on behalf of the City of Jesup.

This is an Archaeological Reassessment of Project EDS-441(23), Baldwin County. EDS-441(23) would consist of the construction of a new location roadway beginning 800 feet south of the US 441/SR 22 intersection.

On March 7, 2022, ERM archaeologist Price Laird conducted a site visit at 1013 S Main St, Sylvania, Screven County, Georgia for a proposed Viasat, Inc. communications project.

This is an Archaeological Reevaluation of Project STP-037-2(62), Butts County. The proposed project would construct two passing lanes along a 3.08 mile stretch of SR 42/US 23 between Jackson and Jenkinsburg. Site 1 is a northbound passing lane located between Mile Point (MP) 10.60 and MP 11.88.

This is a GDOT report short form for negative findings for a Phase I Archaeological Survey of the Sidewalk Enhancements to the Sandtown Community, Fulton County, Georgia. This project proposes to construct 8-foot sidewalks throughout the Sandtown Community.
