The proposed project consists of the grading, draining and surfacing of a portion of CR 146/Sandy Run Road in Hancock County from CR 346/Cedar Lane south to ML 1.06. The existing typical section consists of an unimproved dirt road with a variable width (16-ft. to 20-ft.) travel surface.

The above project is a bridge replacement project on SR 15 over Whitten Creek. The existing right-of-way is 30.5 m (100 ft). The proposed additional required right-of-way would be approximately 48.8 m (160 ft). Total length of the proposed project is 0.58 km (0.36 mi).

The proposed project would construct two rassina lanes on State Route 15 between Sandersville and Sparta, Georgia for a total distance of approximately 4.8 km (3.0 mi). A northbound passing lane is proposed between Mileposts 28.1 and 29.6 in Washington County.

The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of a portion of SR 22 in Hancock County. Also included in the proposed project would be the paving of 0.61 m (2 ft) of the existing shoulders of SR 22.

Project PR-114(141) involves the grading, base, and paving of CR 114/Pearson Chapel Road. In addition, portions of CR 114 would be realigned to reduce the number of curves along this roadway. The project would begin at the intersection of CR 213 and would end at the existing pavement on CR 114.

6041 Hally, David J. Survey of the Area to be Effected by Georgia Department of Transportation Project, F-002-6(3), Hall County, Gainesville, Georgia

The area to be effected by the project is a corridor along Green Street and Sycamore Street for a total length of 3,500 feet. Much of the area had been cleared and graded (2250' approx) by the time of the survey. This area was surveyed on foot.

6042 Meier, Lawrence W. An Archeological Investigation of the Gainesville Flat Creek Water Treatment Facility

The area of the plant expansion and the area proposed for channelization along Flat Creek were traversed on foot and subsoil tests were made at frequent intervals in both areas. Areas of primary and possible secondary impact were included in the investigation.
