Report Abstracts

Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site. The subject site includes a proposed 100-foot by 100-foot compound and an existing 35-foot by 20-footlaccess road.

An archaeological survey (Level I) was conducted in accordance with “GDOT Archaeological Survey Guidelines” developed by the GDOT Staff Archaeologists in consultation with DNR Historic Preservation Section Staff and concurred in by the Federal Highway Administration and State Historic Preservatio

The proposed project consists of the leyeling and resurfacing of SR 103 in Harris County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of SR 219 (MP 0.00) and extend northwest to end at the intersection of SR 18 (MP 13.92) in Troup County.

Project STP-065-3(56) would construct two passing lanes on SR 53 between the towns of Tate and Holcomb in Pickens County. In addition, various intersection improvements would be made along the project corridor.

The proposed project would consist of the reconstruction of the intersection at SR 515 and SR 53 approximately 1.4 km (0. 9 mi) west of the city of Jasper.

The proposed project consists of 0.460 krn (0.286 mi) of slide repair work on SR 136. The repair work will involve the construction of a tieback wall and paved shoulders. The project would begin at MP 15.67 and end at MP 15.96 north of the city of Jasper.

The proposed project would consist of the proposed replacement of the Little Pine Log Creek Bridge on Nally Road/CR 204. The existing bridge is 180' long and 30' wide. The proposed structure would be 30' wide and 290.4' long.

The project area was surveyed by a simple visual inspection. The project area is urban with residential and commercial properties on the west side of Virginia Avenue and predominantly commercial property on the east side.
