The proposed interchange would be grade-separated by lowering Peter Street/Olympic Drive and construction a bridge on SR 10 Loop crossing this street. A compressed diamond interchange (quarter cloverleaf interchange) with one loop ramp would be constructed in the southwest quadrant.
