This project involves the grade separation of existing at-grade intersection of SR 316 and SR 81. The proposed grade separation would include provision of full interchange providing access to and from SR 316 to the cross road of SR 81.

This addendum is only for the Barge Road at Campbellton Road Intersection Improvements portion of the project: The southbound approach of Barge Road would be restriped to improve visibility of lane divisions.

The proposed project would construct a nine-foot wide sidewalk behind a six-inch curb and two-foot paver strip on both sides of Roswell Road between Abernathy Road and Johnson Ferry Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia. A 10-foot landscape strip would be constructed behind the sidewalks.

The proposed project would construct a grade-separated interchange at the existing at-grade intersection of SR 316 and SR 11 in Barrow County. The•proposed grade separation will include provision of full interchange providing access to and from SR 316 to SR 11.

The proposed project would consist of improvements to the intersection of CS 340/Peachtree Parkway and CS 592/Crosstown Drive in Peachtree City, Fayette County, Georgia.

The proposed project would make improvements along SR 49/SR 11/US 41. The roadway would have four 12-foot travel lanes, two in each direction, with a 44-foot depressed median and 10-foot shoulders including five-foot sidewalks.

On March 5, 2008, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted an addendum survey for the Phase I and II archaeological investigations of the proposed Ball Street extension location, Perry, Houston County, Georgia.

Due to more detailed design plans, the following changes have been made: The project limits have been extended approximately 1,039 feet to the west and approximately 959 feet to the east along SR 234. The total project length has increased from approximately 2,016 feet to 4,014 feet.

During September 2005, May and September 2006, and February 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of proposed locations for the Noonday Creek Multi-Use Trail and associated parking area.
