In April, 1979, a Phase One archaeological survey was conducted at Multiple-Purpose Structure 9M on Alexander Creek in the Cedar Creek Watershed, Coweta County, Georgia (Figure 1).

An intensive archeological survey was conducted at the proposed Spruill Road Substation in northern Fulton County, Georgia.
