In September of 2008, an intensive cultural resource assessment survey was conducted by Bland and Associates, Inc. (BAI) of a 6.30 acre tract located within Chatham County, Georgia.

From June 20 to 23, 2006, an intensive cultural resource assessment survey was conducted of a 9acre tract in northern McIntosh County, Georgia. The project tract is the proposed site of the Baisden Bluff development. The present project was undertaken by Bland and Associates, Inc.

STP-213(13) would construct a new bridge on Old Federal Road/CR 19 over the CSX railroad in Chatsworth, Georgia. The project was surveyed by Teresa Lotti in April of 2001 (HPD# HP010419-001).

Since the first addendum, one intersection, SR 3/US 41 at SR 53, has been dropped. In addition, ROW requirements have changed.

Since approval of the AOE and CE, it has been determined that additional ROW would be required for the proposed project.

The proposed project consists of modifications to the existing interchange of 1-75 at State Route 215 east of Vienna in Dooly County. The existing two lane bridge over 1-75 would be replaced with a three lane bridge (one lane in each direction with a 14-ft. wide center turn lane).
