The proposed project is the identification of surplus property owned by the Georgia Department of Transportation that will be placed on the market by the Department's Right-of-Way Office.

The proposed project would consist of resurfacing, leveling, patching, milling, and where necessary, shoulder building on SR 87 in Bibb County, Georgia.

The proposed project would consist of resurfacing, patching, and milling on SR 11 in Bibb County Georgia.

This project consists of two parts: 1. the addition of 400 sq ft of permanent easement on the north side of Sheraton Drive to allow for the replacement of an existing drainage structure, and 2. the improvement to a driveway off of Arkwright Road that requires an easement.

The proposed project will improve the intersection at Jones Bridge Road and Buice Road in Fulton County, Georgia. Existing right-of-way on Buice Road ranges from approximately 50-80 feet. Proposed right-of-way on Buice Road ranges from approximately 50-100 feet.

The project proposes to improve the existing intersection of Jones Bridge Road and Morton Road in the City of Johns Creek. The total project length, is approximately 0.42 miles (0.33 miles along Jones Bridge Road and 0.09 miles along Morton Road).

The proposed project would consist of upgrading the existing traffic signals at two locations in Warren and Wilkes Counties (see attached location map). The project would occur at the SR 12 and SR 80 intersection just east of the city of Warrenton in Warren County.

This project proposes to replace a structurally deficient bridge on SR 16 over Little Ogeechee River, 3.4 miles east of Sparta, Georgia. The existing roadway consists of two 12-ft travel lanes in each direction with 6-ft rural shoulders. The existing right-of-way for SR 16 is 100-ft.

The proposed project would convey to the City of Conyers 0.25 acre of existing right-of-way at the intersection of SR 138 and Centennial Olympic Parkway for the replacement of signs located within the existing median (see attached location map).

The proposed project shall consist of the replacement of a structurally deficient bridge on SR 16 over Two Mile Creek, 1.8 miles east of Sparta, Georgia. The existing roadway consists of two 12-ft travel lanes in each direction with 6-ft rural shoulders.
