The project provided emergency repairs to a culvert located on Memorial Drive between Clay Street and Wilkinson Drive in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. Flooding caused scour in the stream channel. To repair the damage, riprap was replaced at downstream wingwalls and on the embankment.
