Report Abstracts

In response to a request from Ignite Wireless, Inc., RESCOM Environmental Corp., has completed a Phase IA archaeological reconnaissance and records check for a proposed telecommunications tower site in Stephens County, Georgia (Figure 1).

The proposed project is located approximately 4 miles east of I-75 in Valdosta in Lowndes County, Georgia.

Originally, the subject project was to construct sidewalks along US 23/Ciairmont Road in DeKalb, County.

The proposed  project would consist of the reconstruction of the State Route (SR) 136 interchange over 1-75 and the widening and reconstruction of SR 136 from approximately 900 feet west of the interchange east along existing SR 136 to its intersection with US 41/SR 3, a total distance of0.9

The proposed project would add a right tum lane to the southbound lane of US 319/SR $5 and a traffic signal on US 82/SR 520 at the intersection of US 319/SR 35. The project is located within the city limits of Tifton, Georgia.

In March and April 2021, Terracon conducted a cultural resource assessment survey (CRAS) of the approximately 96-acre PCS Properties East Tract in Chatham County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).

The proposed project would consist of the extension of the third northbound lane along SR 400 for approximately 0.75 mile to Improve the transition from the existing four-lane northbound section that terminates south of McFarland Parkway to the two-lane section that extends northward to the Big C

New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of the Westside Trail [GDOT Project No. PI 0010645] on October 2 and November 7, 2013.

In March and April of 2007, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) performed an intensive cultural resource assessment survey of the proposed Yeomans tract in Wayne County, Georgia.

Building foundation and utility trench excavations in the vicinity of the Kings Bay Plantation Site (9CAM172), Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, Camden County, Georgia, were monitored by an archaeologist between June and October, 1984.
