Report Abstracts

The proposed project is located approximately 5.7 miles northwest of Screven in Wayne County, Georgia.

The proposed project would replace the structurally deficient bridge on SR 17 /SR 75 over the Hiawassee River, 6.5 miles south of Hiawassee, Georgia.

The proposed project consists of a 0.284 mile extension of CS 881/Town Creek Blvd. to connect to CR 39/0id Eatonton Rd. and to provide access from CR 39 to SR 44. The project proposes to construct two 12-ft. travel lanes with 8-ft.

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the existing structurally deficient bridge located on SR 232/Columbia Road at Walton Branch.

A Phase I cultural resources survey and Phase II evaluative testing of the proposed Bear Creek Reservoir Site in Newton County, Georgia was conducted to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area, and to assess the significance of each resource.

The proposed project would replace and widen the existing structurally deficient bridge along SR 230 over Turkey Creek near the city of Unadilla, Georgia. The project begins at Mile Post 15.13 and extends to Mile Post 15.27, a distance of approximately 0.14 mile in length.

Project EDS00-0441 is widening and reconstructing US 441/SR 24 in Putnam County, Georgia.

Project Description of January 18, 2007

The proposed project involves constructing a 1-lane roundabout at the existing 4-legged, two-way stop controlled intersection at SR16 and Old 85 Connector/Hollonville Road in Spalding County.

The current survey represents the seventh survey and sixth addendum report for the project. Previous surveys were conducted by EPEI for the overpass improvement and interchange modifications along I-75.
