The proposed project would consist of the replacement of a structurally deficient bridge on State Route (SR) 11 over CSX Railroad in Social Circle, Walton County (Figures 1 and 2). The existing bridge measures 151 feet with a deck width of 35.3 feet. The existing right-of-way (ROW) is 60 feet.
