This cultural resources survey covers 259 acres in two parcels around the Amicalola Falls State Park in northwestern Dawson County, Georgia. The survey was conducted prior to a proposed land exchange involving two land lots on the east and west sides of the park.

Cultural resources surveys by the author on six timber sale areas on National Forest land in Rabun County covered 1,239 acres of steeply dissected terrain. Surveys were in NW, SW, and SE parts of the county, in forest compartments 55, 60, 74, 75, 105, 110, and 114.

A cultural resources survey was conducted by the author on 602 acres of National Forest land in the Woody and Walker Creek drainages in northern Lumpkin County north of Fort Smith (now R Ranch).

Camp Wahsega is located on Ward's Creek in northwestern Lumpkin County, Georgia. It was built in 1933 by members of Civilian Conservation Corps Camp F-11, who were Veterans of World War I.

The cultural resources survey was conducted on 323 acres of road and timber sales areas around Gab Creek, tributary to Cochran Creek, in eastern Dawson County. This land is within the Chestatee District of the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Cultural resources surveys were conducted on a series of tracts in southwestern Jasper County, Georgia, from mid-1982, through mid-1984. They were on the Oconee National Forest, and were done prior to various Forest activity plans.

This report covers Phase II testing of a small brick making site found in a 1978 survey prior to a proposed land exchange in eastern Habersham County, on the Chattahoochee National Forest.

This cultural resource survey covers 233 acres of proposed timber sale area, with its service roads in the Cooks and Nelson Coves, below Beasley Knob in Union County. All of the area had been previously logged and much of it was farmed; it is now forested.

A cultural resources survey of 174 acres of National Forest land was conducted by the author in May 1984 along the proposed 4.6 mile right-of-way for the Williamson Cove Road (FR792). Additional acreage was surveyed in Williamson Cove, Devil's Den Branch and Polecat Branch Areas.
