Data Recovery was conducted on a portion of a large archaeological site, designated Cultural Property GP-SN-08, Designated Work Area #2, located along Brier Creek in Screven County, Georgia during 1985. This work was performed by Garrow & Associates, Inc.

Data recovery excavations at GP-HK-08 were designed to gather data suitable for reaching a more complete understanding of the Lamar period occupation at this upland property.

The following report was prepared in conjunction with the proposed Scenic Square Substation and Tap Transmission Line in central Gwinnett County.

A cultural resources survey was conducted on a proposed 2.3 km (1.4 mi) long transmission line corridor and 2.0 ha (5.0 ac) substation tract in central Gwinnett County.

A cultural resources survey was conducted on April 19, 1995, by Archaeologist Jack T. Wynn on a 60-plus acre tract in Catoosa County, Georgia. The land was given to the county for limited development as the Elsie Holmes Conservation Education Facility.

During March 1995, a cultural resources survey was conducted on 630 acres for the Maddox Gap timber sale in the Armuchee Ranger District of the Chattahoochee National Forest. Eleven stands within Compartments 903, 904, and 905 were examined and they are listed in Table 1.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of seven proposed bridge replacements in Coweta County on August 23 and 24, 1994. The project area consists of the limited right-of-way surrounding each existing bridge in various locations throughout Coweta County.

Cultural resources surveys have been completed on the Chestatee Ranger District, Chattahoochee National Forest prior to Forest Service activities.
