The literature and records search undertaken on this project indicated that no archaeological sites were known to exist on the study property prior to the field survey.

The following report presents the results of preliminary research designed to identify known and probable archaeological resources in Whitfield County, Georgia.

Between July 13 and 16, 1998, the Coosawattee Foundation conducted a preliminary archaeological reconnaissance of Ichauway Plantation in Baker County, Georgia. With the considerable aid of Ichauway director Dr. Lindsay Boring and many of his staff, Foundation president James B.

A Phase I cultural resources survey was conducted for a proposed 68-acre (27.5-hectare) development site in Forsyth County, Georgia, to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area, and to assess the significance of each resource.

R. S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources assessment for Oglethorpe Power Corporation's proposed Bold Springs 230/25 kV substation site in May 1995.

A cultural resource assessment survey was conducted of the proposed Harry S. Truman Parkway extension corridor, Chatham County, Georgia in September 1993. The survey corridor was approximately 4.1 miles in length, with an average width of 200 feet.

During August 1994 cultural resources surveys were conducted in Compartments 37, 42, 43, and 44 in the Tallulah Ranger District, Rabun County, Georgia (Figure 1).

This report addendum documents the results of a cultural resource survey conducted between February 14 and 15, 1994 by Garrow & Associates, Inc. for the Phase 2 section (14,500 feet) of the proposed Sunset-Tallokas 46 kV aerial transmission line.

This report presents the results of an intensive survey and site testing project along a 35.3 km (22 mi) length of US Highway 441 that is scheduled for widening from two to four lanes. The project is mostly in Wilkinson County, but extends into Baldwin County, to just south of Milledgeville.
