Report Abstracts

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the structurally deficient bridge located on County Road 50/Caney Bay Road over Buffalo Creek approximately four miles southeast of the city limits of Hoboken in Brantley County.

The current project was conducted as an addendum to the 2004 survey along the Peachtree Street North Corridor between the intersection of 10th Street and Spring Street conducted by Theresa Hamby of New South Associates.

This project consists of very minor alterations to a set of traffic signal improvements that were archeologically surveyed in June of 2006 (see project photograph in the original Short Form report).

This letter report presents the results of additional Phase I cultural resources investigations completed as part of the proposed Elba Express Pipeline Project, which currently is undergoing review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

The proposed project would consist of the widening and reconstruction of SR 56/Mike Padgett Highway from Doug Bernard Parkway to Old Waynesboro Road in Richmond County (see attached Figure 1). The existing SR 56/Mike Padgett Highway is a four-lane roadway with no existing median.

The purpose of this revision is to address project design changes that have occurred subsequent to the signing of the categorical exclusion.

The project would begin on Bell Road 610 feet (ft) south of the northern intersection with Rogers Circle, extend along Bell Road to a point 790 ft north of the intersection, extend along Rogers Circle 880 ft southeast of the intersection, and extend 160 ft west of the intersection along Bellemont

A. Construction of a 5'-0" paved bike and pedestrian sidewalk connecting the existing walkways starting at the intersection of Burch Road and US Hwy 54 and continuing cast along the southern side of US Hwy 54 extending to the cemetery immediately after Braxton Court. B.

The project will involve demolition and rehabilitation of existing sidewalks to match work completed in a previous TE project. There will be decorative brick pavers, landscaping with tree wells and street furniture.
