Report Abstracts

The proposed project would construct a new Visitor Information Center/Safety Rest Area in Cobb County, Georgia adjacent to the southbound lanes of 1-75 near the city of Kennesaw. The rest area would encompass an area of approximately 22 acres in size.

The proposed projects would widen S.R.3/U.S.41/Cobb Parkway between northwest Atlanta and Merietta. The combined projects would begin at the intersection of S.R.3/U.S.41 and Paces Mill Road then would proceed northwesterly along S.R.3/U.S.41 to the South 120 Loop.

This project proposes to convert to one-way pairs Akers Mill/Powers Ferry Roads from just west of Rottenwood Creek to Northside Drive and North Parkway from just west of Rottenwood Creek to Northside Drive.

The proposed project would consist of the installation of both aerial and underground communication conduit and fiber optic cable', _and video surveillance cameras along Windy Hill Road.

This is the proposed widening of the south-bound 1-75 Exit Ramp at Windy Hill Road and the attendant lane addition to the mainline.

This is the proposed widening of S.R. 120 Loop/South Marietta Parkway from 1-75 to Roswell Road and the reconstruction of the I-75/South Marietta Loop interchange. A corridor consistant with the proposed project rights-of-way was surveyed for the entire length of the project.

The proposed projects represent the proposed reconstruction and widening of 1-75 from just south of Windy Hill Road northwest to 1-575. A corridor consistant with the proposed projects rights-of-way was surveyed for the entire length of the project.

This is the reevaluation of the proposed reconstruction of the I-75/S.R. 120 Loop interchange. A corridor consistent with the proposed project rights-of-way was surveyed for the entire length of the project.

The proposed project would widen State Route 120 LP from approximately 128 meters (420') west of Cole Street to approximately 145 m. (475') east of Cole St., in Marietta. The project would provide left turn lanes east and west bound on S.R. 120 LP onto Cole St.

The purpose of the survey was to locate, identify and evaluate the significance of any archaeological resources within the project corridor.
