New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Tolbert Street widening on July 9, 2003.

This report presents the results of an architectural historical documentation and archaeological data recovery of Site 9FU411, the Spier House, conducted by New South Associates, Inc. Fieldwork for this project took place in May, September, and October of 2004.

A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Spence Mill Creek on SR 93 in Mitchell County, Georgia, was conducted by New-South Associates February 28, and March 1, 2001. A 1,000 foot approach with a 200 foot wide right-of-way was studied on either side of the bridge.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) wishes to replace the structurally deficient bridge on State Route (SR) 46 over Lotts Creek, about 12 Ian (7 mi) southwest of Statesboro in western Bulloch County (Figure 1).

New South Associates, Inc. conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of a bridge replacement corridor on CR 1/Upper Morris Road at Holanna Creek, Quitman County, Georgia (GDOT Project CSBRG-0007-00(521), PI #0007521).

On 7 September 1998, Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of a proposed storm water retention pond in Warner Robins, Georgia. The intensive survey was conducted for Greenhome and O'Mara, Inc.

On March 4, 1999, personnel from Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., surveyed a 1.2 km (4000 ft) portion of State Route 96 at its intersection with Houston Lake Road (Figure 1).

A Phase I archaeological survey was conducted by New South Associates of the SR 257 corridor on November 30, 2000. The approximately three mile long corridor is located in Laurens County between Interstate 16 and the City of Dublin.

A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Lost Creek on SR 93 in Mitchell County, Georgia, was conducted by New South Associates February 28, and March 1, 2001. A 1,000 foot approach with a 200 foot wide right-of-way was studied on either side of the bridge.

Currently 55 known archaeological sites are on property controlled by Robins Air Force Base (AFB). Previous to the current investigation, 11 of the 55 had been found to be eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), and 23 had been declared NRHP-ineligible.
