The Jerome Crosby Wetland Mitigation Tract is located just west of Willacoochee in Atkinson County, Georgia. The proposed wetland/stream mitigation site is approximately 200 acres in size and is located between US 82 and the Alapaha River.

The proposed project would tie Dasher Street into State Route 520/U.S. 82, widen Dasher Street, and add an accel lane to Railroad Avenue. Dasher Street would be extended on new location approximately 100 feet north and would tie into State Route 520/U.S. 82, creating a new intersection.

Projects FR-023-1(8), (9) in Atkinson and Coffee counties represents the proposed widening of U.S. 441/S.R. 31 from the intersection of U.S. 441 and U.S. 82 in Pearson to C.R. 588 approximately five miles south of Douglas. The existing two-lane facility would be widened to four-lanes.
