The West Point Lake Project involved a cultural resources survey of six tracts located on the Chattahoochee River bottom lands and an intensive evaluation of six archeological sites.

This report documents the results of the cultural resources survey of the proposed Durand 115/12 kV Substation, Meriwether County, Georgia, for Oglethorpe Power Corporation.

Field investigations for a cultural resource assessment of a six acre island located on Lake Blackshear were conducted on August 8, 9, and 12, 1991 by Mr. Don Gordy and Mr. Lloyd Cornwell. Frank T. Schnell served as Principle Investigator.

This report documents an archaeological survey that was conducted on a 4.6 acre tract in Carroll County, Georgia proposed for construction of a 46/12 kV substation by Oglethorpe Power Corporation.

An intensive cultural resources survey was conducted for the City of Morgan in Calhoun County, Georgia, prior to the construction of a proposed wastewater treatment facility and land application system.

This report documents the results of the cultural resources survey of the proposed North Carrollton 115/12 kV Substation site and transmission line corridor, Carroll County, Georgia. The field work was conducted by the author on March 10, 1991.

Between July 23rd and August 16th, 1990, New South Associates, Inc. conducted archeological test excavations on two prehistoric sites (9Co45 and 9Co46) within the public use area of Allatoona Lake. The project was sponsored by the Mobile Corps of Engineers (Contract Number DACW01-90-C-0144).

During May, 1990, the Jeffrey L. Brown Institute of Archaeology, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and Panamerican Consultants, Inc., conducted a Phase 11 archaeological investigation of a tract on the east side of Savannah, Georgia, for the Columbia Sussex Corporation.

This report addresses the results of an archeological reconnaissance survey of an 11.461 acre tract performed by New South Associates for the City of Euharlee, Bartow County, Georgia.

Cultural Resource Inventory and Evaluation studies document the results of Resource Inventory I and II investigations on a 770 acre recreational tract of land (A-1) within the Wallace Dam Project; Greene County, Georgia.
