The survey area for the proposed Asbury Transmission Line, Twiggs County, Georgia (Figure 1) is the Asbury substation site and the area up to fifty feet on either side of a center (survey) line from the substation to a point where the proposed line will connect with an existing power line.

This report presents the results of an archaeological survey of two borrow areas located on opposite banks of the Savannah River in Elbert County, Georgia, and Abbeville County, South Carolina.

This is a report of a survey for archaeological resources on two sites proposed for game food plots in the Georgia Department of Natural Resources' Swallow Creek Wildlife Management Area , Chattahoochee National Forest, Towns County, Georgia.

Controlled vertical excavations were conducted at Miners Creek (9Da91), a Middle Woodland habitation site in southeast Dekalb County, Georgia, for the purpose of determining the physical stratigraphy and to develop a relative chronology of the pottery types.

The two identified sites, WGC1678 and WGC1679, are probably eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, however Phase II testing should be carried out on each of the sites before a definite decision about eligibility can be reached.
