The project is the proposed widening of S.R. 280 beginning just to the southeast of S.R. 49 intersection and proceeding northeast to just past the S.R. 3/U.S. 19 intersection. The entire 130-foot project corridor was surveyed.

The proposed project consists of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 49 in Sumter County. The project would begin at the Terrell County line (MP 0 . 00) . The project would end at approximately MP 13.44.

The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 39 Spur and SR 39. The project would begin at the Alabama State line and would end at SR 1.
